Bekah is the editor of Liberti magazine as well as a part time teacher. She is passionate about helping people to discover what freedom really means and how to live their lives out in glorious liberty.
At home she is kept on her toes by five fabulous girls and a husband, who occasionally dices with death by singing ‘The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow’ when he thinks she looks like she’s at the end of her tether; which is more often than she likes to admit.
Who is your hero?
I have tons – but they’re all people who stood against the tide of culture to do what they believed was right.
What’s your biggest fear?
It’s a toss up between waking up to find my bed full of spiders and failure.
What is your favourite book?
Beach Music by Pat Conroy – it’s little known in this country but it’s a breathtakingly beautiful novel that makes you cry, laugh and rage – just the kind of book I love.
Most embarrassing moment?
Quite frankly it’s too embarrassing to tell, let’s just say it involves a dodgy stomach, two flat tires and an afternoon I’ve worked long and hard to forget.
